There are as many Pequín as people are living here. The multicultural nature of this neighborhood makes it a place where different places are present, the memory of which accompanies all the people who live there. Like any urban space, it is a mosaic made up of experiences, histories, and people who remind us of what it has been, but also of what it is now. Its links and its community are an essential space for imagining what it will be in the future.
We feel Pequín in common is a proposal by Adela Vázquez, Master in Social Work at the UNAM (Mexico), to walk through the neighborhood of Pequín to get to know its essential places and the people who are part of it.
