The European Charter for Sustainable Tourism (CETS) is a territorial management tool based on sustainability, an initiative promoted by the Garrotxa Volcanic Zone Natural Park and Tourism Garrotxa in which Espai Cràter plays an active role, together with other agents in the region. The CETS currently has an innovative strategy that is committed to collaborative work through OKRs (objectives and key results).

The Espai Cràter has worked actively to achieve the objectives of the CETS 2021-2025 strategy to achieve a model of governance that integrates and supports the CETS and positions it as a unifying and identifying element of sustainable tourism. It has done so through meetings with the technical committee, which is responsible for sharing the progress made by the working group.
