Blackfish

Free activity

After last year’s first cycle – where we presented the planet Earth, the bad practices of its inhabitants, and their consequences – we are opening a new cycle to highlight human intervention and all that derives from it. Through fiction and documentary, from September to May, we will explore the consequences suffered by the rural environment and agriculture as a result of the power of large corporations, the abuse of certain materials, the link of species to the land, and the submission to the rules of the most radical capitalism. We will also live with real stories of young entrepreneurs, self-sufficient women, forests full of wisdom and wealth, and, finally, the domestication and misunderstanding of animals beyond what is recommended.

Synopsis
Tilikum is a killer whale that was responsible for the death of three people, including an experienced trainer. “Blackfish” shows the sometimes devastating consequences of keeping these intelligent and sensitive creatures in captivity.
