The recommended car park is Pàrquing Centre, located 5 minutes’ walk from the Espai Cràter. With the purchase of the ticket you have a discount.
For people with reduced mobility, there are three spaces reserved at the entrance to the center on Pintor Domenge Street.
The bicycle park is located on the Carrer Macarnau, next to the main access to Espai Cràter.
Espai Cràter offers guided tours of the exhibition space, with tours for groups, activities for schools, and specific activities and tours for groups with special needs. Tickets may be purchased online or at the box office.
Espai Cràter regularly offers guided tours of the volcanology exhibition and the Montsacopa volcano. With the comments of our specialized guides, you will be able to discover all the areas of the exhibition and visit one of the volcanoes in the city of Olot.

We offer visits that adapt to school groups. Students will be able to discover the exhibition area, guided by a member of the Espai Cràter educational staff. Schools that commission activities do not have pay the general admission fee.
At Espai Cràter we make sure that access is available to everyone. We work together with special programmes and reach out to the entire community. We offer free admission to people from the Apropa Cultura programme, which works with vulnerable people.
At Espai Cràter, we guarantee accessibility for everyone. The centre has access and routes suitable for people with reduced mobility, rest areas, and adapted toilets.
People with a disability accreditation card have free admission for the free visit and their companion, in case they need support. Groups participating in the Apropa Cultura programme and organisations or groups of people at risk of social exclusion also receive free admission.
We offer adapted guided tours so that the content is accessible to everyone, especially to people with physical, sensory, or cognitive disabilities. In addition, we have free digital audio guides, and every Friday afternoon, we offer ‘The quiet afternoon’ in a sensorially adapted environment for people with ASD, hypersensitivity, cognitive diversity, or who want a more leisurely visit.
